Cariño clarete comes from a vineyard of listán negro and blanco grapes, to which regenerative and environmentally respectful viticulture techniques have been applied for decades. Its vines, located in La Perdoma, in the Valley of La Orotava, are over 40 years old (some of them being centuries-old) and were planted using the traditional method of the area known as 'braided cord'.
