Cariño

Cariño clarete comes from a vineyard of listán negro and blanco grapes, to which regenerative and environmentally respectful viticulture techniques have been applied for decades. Its vines, located in La Perdoma, in the Valley of La Orotava, are over 40 years old (some of them being centuries-old) and were planted using the traditional method of the area known as 'braided cord'.

Natural wine without additives, made with local grapes and spontaneous fermentation.

Cariño clarete is a 100% natural wine, the product of spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts from our plot, and of 2 grape varieties (listán blanco and listán negro) harvested separately and on different days, and in which no additives or oenological aids have been used.

Made in stainless steel tank and clarified by natural decantation.

Bottled in early February 2023, Cariño clarete was entirely made in stainless steel tanks. Its clarification has always been done by natural settling.

Cariño clarete has been manually bottled and labeled.
